You should consider adding appliances such as beverage centers or wine refrigerators. A separate wine room with controlled temperatures is an added bonus for those who collect and enjoy wine.
Outdoor spaces bring the entertaining outdoors. A fire pit, area for outdoor tables and furniture, a grilling area, a pondless waterfall, and well-planned landscaping all help to bring the luxury outdoors.
A large home also adds to the feel of luxury. A large, expansive ranch plan of at least 2500 square feet can accommodate all of the features of a luxury home. A larger story and a half or a two-story home can help separate the living space from the private bedroom and bathroom areas as well. Location is a consideration as well. Locating your home on a larger lot, in an estate section of development will help set it apart.
